Proteomics
Supported by BGI’s scientific strength and experience in genomics and transcriptomics, we provide services to elucidate biological mechanism at the protein level. Combining these three areas, we have established an innovative “omics” approach that provides the most comprehensive and systematic research in the biological sciences. BGI provides the following services: Proteome Profiling, Quantitative Proteomics, Phosphoproteomic Analysis, Protein Identification, and Target Proteomics using a series of state-of-the-art mass spectrometers, including the LTQ Orbitrap Velos™, QTRAP® 5500, and MaXis MALDI TOF/TOF with high sensitivity, high resolution, and high mass accuracy. In addition to using the best software, we have developed custom software to meet our customers’ needs and requirements for both basic and specialized bioinformatics analysis. We believe that the new era of “omics” study is here, and we endeavor to solve more challenges with our customers and partners using these cutting-edge techniques.
Benefits:
- More unique proteins identified in a single experiment
- Multiple fragmentation techniques deliver optimal structural characterization
- Rapid quantitation of low level isobarically‐labeled peptides
