Supported by BGI Tech’s scientific strength and experience in genomics and transcriptomics, we provide services to elucidate biological mechanism at the protein level. Combining these three areas, we have established an innovative “omics” approach that provides the most comprehensive and systematic research in the biological sciences. BGI provides the following services: Protein Identification, Proteome Profiling, Quantitative Proteomics, Phosphoprotein Identification, Targeted Proteomics, and Comparative Analysis of the Proteome and the Transcriptome using a series of state-of-the-art mass spectrometers, including Q Exactive (Thermo Scientific), TripleTOF 5600 (AB SCIEX), LTQ Orbitrap Velos™ (Thermo Scientific), QTRAP® 5500 (AB SCIEX), and ultrafleXtreme (Bruker Daltonics) with high sensitivity, high resolution, and high mass accuracy. In addition to using the best bioinformatics tools, we have developed custom software to meet our customers’ needs and requirements for both basic and specialized bioinformatics analysis.
